All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Checkout may show your local currency. Payments are processed by Stripe. There are two ways to search: on your own (1 month or 2 months), or with a personal housing expert (the VIP Keys Pass). One extension per subscription, at Socials' discretion (Terms, section 5.2). ## What the VIP Keys Pass adds The VIP Keys Pass adds a personal housing expert to everything a subscription includes: a kick-off call to plan your search, help with your replies to landlords, checks on a landlord before you pay, and a read of your contract before you sign. - Kick-off call with your expert - Landlord checked before you pay - Contract read before you sign - One named person on WhatsApp, replies within 2 hours ## The VIP guarantee Your keys within 90 days, or your money back. If you have not signed a lease for a home within 90 days of buying the VIP Keys Pass, Socials Homes refunds what you paid for it at purchase (€94.95 for the 3-month pass, €189.95 for Lifetime), and your housing expert keeps helping you, free of charge, until you move in. The guarantee applies when you: - book your 15-minute kick-off call with your expert within 48 hours of purchase - keep your search budget within the range you agree with your expert - apply within 24 hours to the listings we send you that match the criteria you agreed with your expert Claim from day 80 after purchase until 14 days after the 90 days end, by emailing hello@socials.homes. The VIP Keys Pass also carries a 14-day right of withdrawal for the expert service (Terms, section 5.6). ## Cancellation and refunds **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed again. Cancelling stops future renewals; subscriptions are not refundable, so your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. The VIP Keys Pass is the one exception: if you have not signed a lease within 90 days, you get your money back under the conditions in our Terms. ## What a subscription does not include **Do you have your own homes or apartments?** No. We have housing partners and landlords. You book directly with them. We're not a landlord or a booking site, we find the right listings for you. **Do I have to pay again on the housing platform?** Yes, the Socials subscription gives you the matches and discount codes. The rent or booking fee is paid directly to the housing platform when you book. We don't take any cut from your booking. **What discounts does Socials offer?** Socials partners with major housing platforms. Subscribers get exclusive discount codes that save up to €200 on booking fees at selected partner platforms. ## How to buy Start a search at https://www.socials.homes/signup.
